Isitca - Refund Policy


We thank you and appreciate your use of the platform. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any transaction you make through us. The policy concerning the processing of the refund, shall be following the clauses as set forth:

  1. Refund Request

The Company shall process a refund for the services availed by you if the Company is unable to provide the services requested by you due to any unfavourable conditions or circumstances which the Company may or may not have control over and in such cases, the Company shall immediately cancel your request for the services and initiate a complete refund to the source of payment as availed by you during you availing the services.

You as a user shall be further permitted to cancel any transaction that you have made to avail services from the Company within 48 hours from you requesting for the services and making the payment for the same. In such a case, the Company may be at the discretion to initiate a refund request and process the same at its discretion.

  1. Processing of Refund

Refunds are done within 15 business days. The User additionally will be provided refund options of TT/ Wire by deducting the necessary charges or hours, that can be used to avail services being offered by the Company.

All Refund requests shall be made by the User by emailing to ___[email protected]___, which will be the official mode of communication with the Platform and the Company. The Company shall waive all other means of communication made.

All Refunds shall be made only on the basis and upon investigation by the Company’s Customer care on following such guidelines.

  1.  Exchange Request

You as a User are permitted to request for an exchange service which is mainly referring to the Exchange of the services you have availed and the same is permitted before the development of the originally requested service. 

In case of exchange after the services have been delivered, it is taken as a change request and billed separately.

  1. Cancellation Request

As a User, you do not have the right to cancel your order upon placing the same.

The Company at its sole discretion may cancel any order(s): 

  1. if it suspects a User has undertaken a fraudulent transaction, or 
  2. if it suspects a User has undertaken a transaction which is not following the Terms of Use, or 
  3. in case of unavailability of a service, or 
  4. for any reason outside the control of the Company including causes for delivery related logistical difficulties.
  5. if the Company does not want to do business with the User

Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of service specifications and pricing, the details of the service as reflected on the platform may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect service information provided to the Company by a distributor and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Company. In such event, the Company reserves the right to cancel your order and refund any money that may have been paid by you towards the purchase of such services or can provide the same package that is bought by you.

We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any orders placed by them in future.
